Question:
       1. .What does the title mean in relation to the film as a whole?
2. Among the characters, to whom can you relate to?
3. Which part of the presentation struck you the most? Why?
4. What is the movie’s message?
5. Did I like this in general? Why?
6. Did I agree with the main theme/purpose? Why or why not?
7. What specifically did I like/dislike? Why?
8. Are there any aspects of theme which are left ambiguous at the end? Why?
9. How does this film relate to the things that are happening in your life?

Answer:
  1.        The title relate to the movie for it tells about the life of all the characters, one was they are poor and the other was abusive in power. They suffer so much in their daily life just to have food or any other needs.

    2.   Marius for me I can relate to this character for he was so brave to fight for his rights. And I am also going to fight my rights if I was at the situation also. He is willing to give up his wealth just to fight for the thing he thinks was right.

    3.   When the protagonist Jean Valjean leave cosette and when he was about to die. For the reasons that when he live he don’t want cosette to know where he was. He just go but still he was hurting inside when he live his adopted child. When he is about to die he tells cosette about his secret identity. Also when fantine told him that she already forgive him & she thank him for taking good care of cosette and making sure that when Jean Valjean will die he can find peacefulness and he was already forgiven for all his mistake/crime that he committed in life.

    4.  For me the movie’s message is about being brave & even though people do something wrong they still can change and not all of the people who had been in jail like the character Jean Valjean are bad persons, they sometimes commit mistake because of the poverty they experience in life. And person who has a behavior like Javert can also change into a better person.

     5. Yes! For it tells about struggles of the entire protagonist in the story who wants to change their life for a better. They want things to be more better not only for their self but also for the people in that place.

    6.  Yes! For it was all about the struggles that we can face in life if we are poor or criminals. we can never change the fact that if people will know about our records they will going to be scared of us. It can also be LOVE for if shows about the love that the characters give to the person they love in that movie. they are willing to give up everything just for the person they love the most.

    7. The scene I like most was when Marius and cosette see each other for the first time. When marius ask for the help of his friend Eponine who is secretly in love with him. He do everything to know the girl he like most.

    8.  For me the ambiguous part was when the revolution continued or not? It was not clear if they still continue to revolt against the king of their land and if there are still some people who are against the kings roles.

    9.  In life we suffer from different laws that we sometimes do not like. We people have some revolt against it. We can also suffer from poverty & we sometimes disregards the people who committed crimes because we are scared at them. We never give them a chance to have a good life they wanted.

"I suppose in the end, the whole of life becomes an act of LETTING GO, but what always hurts the most is not taking a moment to say GOODBYE"

Explain:
In this I understand that life was not permanent for we only barrow it from GOD who is the one who made us all.. sooner or later we need to give it back to him. we only have to trust GOD for he was the only one who knows what will going to happen on us all. He was the one who will decide  what will happen to our lives and the one who can save us. LETTING GO! was not bad at all it can sometimes help us to understand more about life...We may not be perfect @ we will never understand more about life if we never experience to let go, not only the people around us but also the bad experience that we had in the pass. we have to move on.....WE should always express our feelings, for us not to regret in the END. we should always say we love them and make them feel how much we treasure them. By that we will be happy and we will never regret of not saying GOODBYE to them...........,

Plot:
A young man who survives a disaster at sea is hurtled into an epic journey of adventure and discovery. While cast away, he forms an unexpected connection with another survivor ... a fearsome Bengal tiger.
Theme:
Survival, faith in GOD and hope
Symbolism:
                Color orange:
It is one of the healing colors and also it tells that it is a safety color. And it shows that the lion was a healing animals for PI” for it was the lion who make PI’ forget about the lost of his family and I think that if the lion was not with PI” he will not survive the loneliness.

            Blue Ocean:
This symbol was the most important at all the symbol for it was the ocean where the story happens. Where the death of the people closes to PI” and was his experiences revolve into.the mystery under the sea and the life of people in the sea.
Question:
1.     What does the title mean in relation to the film as a whole?

Answer:
1.       It tells about the life of PI when he was a child, how he grows up and also how did he survive in all the challenges that he is unto. How was his life at sea, how he find the magical island where he finds shelter and food for a short time when he was starving to death.
2.       Pi” his life was nice and he is also happy. But when he has problems he thinks of a good plan to solve it. He did not give up although he only had a small chance to survive, he still grab the chances.
3.       The part that struck me most was when PI” try to save his family despite of the water that already enter the ship but whatever he did he still can’t save his family. If I am PI” in the story I still also going to save my family even if it can cause death on my part.
4.       For my own understanding. I can say that the movie was also like a reality. Many challenges will come into our life but we can still survive if we are faithful in God.
5.       For me Yes! I like the story in general for it has so many messages that can make us realize that life was not always good and bad. It has to be balance all the time.
6.       Yes! This movie make us people see what are some difficulties that we encounter in life and what are the things we should do to be able to survive.
7.       I specifically like the part where he was trying to train the lion. At first try he did not succeeded but later on he got the trust of the lion.
8.       Yes! There is. It is when the ship sunk, for me there has some mystery behind it. Even though it has a storm that time, but according to PI” he heard some explosion and for me it is not really normal for the ship.
9.       This film relates in me because there is a time that I feel lost and I don’t know what to do to solve my problems. When I think of some idea how to solve it I first thinking facing my problem so that I can already move on. I also try to think of some ideas that are safe to do.

What It Takes To Be A Good Friend
by Jwbrnco1
A good friend is always kind,
Should always speak their mind,
Their compassion should never end,
That's what it takes to be a good friend.

A good friend is there for you,
They are real, they are true- blue,
Their compassion should never end,
That's what it takes to be a good friend.

A good friend will be there when you marry,
A heart full of memories, they will carry,
Their compassion should never end,
That's what it takes to be a good friend.

They'll be there if your mother dies,
They'll weep with you when you cry,
Their compassion should never end,
That's what it takes to be a good friend.

If a good friend you do find,
Make sure they treat you kind,
Understanding they shouldn't lack,
And they would never stab you in the back,
On top of everything always remember,
A best friend is forever.

Explain:
When I read this poem I can be able to say that I can relate on it for it has a kind of words that can picture out the kind of friend I should be or the kind of friend I should have. The behavior that stated on this poem can really tell if you are a good friend of your friends,or maybe what kind of friend you have, if they are a good friend.
From this poem I learned to appreciate my friends who are always their for me. And I will always treasure and love them. I was always thankful to have known them because they always their to support me in all the things that I did. As a result I also did the same.

Realization, Learning, Resolution

In the year 2012 to be exact I realize it was very fantastic year of my life for it has a lot of happenings that can makes my life exciting and also challenging. As my life continues I experience to be a semi- independent girl and for me to survive that kind of life I really need to budget well all my allowance for the week. I also limit my food intake so that I can be able to have food left for tomorrow. I have learned to be dependent to myself without the help of anybody especially my family. Even though they help me financially I still become an independent person. I've learned so many things that I didn't expect to be learned. I face all trials with my family and friends. As the year 2012 passes by, I become more matured not only on my physical appearance but also on my attitudes.By this I thank God for the life that he gives and as this year 2012 faded away I was really hoping to see more beautiful things in the year 2013. I also wish that I can still wake up in the morning and see all my family and friends and face all the challenges with them beside me.

As this year 2013 comes I am already a person who has determination to be successful in life. I am more confident to face all challenges and trials of life without always depending on my family and friends. Also I will be more positive in all the things or problems that may block my way in achieving my goal in life. Most of all I will always put God at the center of all my success. I will look up for my bright future ahead of me with the love of my life , and see the energetic sun with the blooming flowers while putting smile on my peaceful face.

EPITAPH

A thousand times I called you
A thousand times I needed you
If my tears alone can bring you back
You never would have died
For me your my LIFE
For me you'll never DIED
I dream to be with you forever
I give you all my heart & soul
Just to be with you all my life
But suddenly you leave me
Just a piece of precious memory you left me
I will treasure this in my mind
I will kept it in my heart
And I will remember it all my life
No one can fill your place in my heart
No matter how I tried.
